The World Search Alliance, LLC (formerly World Search Group) is an international strategic group of independent, owner managed retained executive search firms with members in virtually every market.
Founded as the World Search Group in 1984 by three individuals -- Maurice Dennis of the United Kingdom, Alain Touveron of France and Ekkehard Wille of Germany –- the Group is now 27 members worldwide and still growing. In June of 2009, the organization changed its name to World Search Alliance, LLC to better reflect the current nature of its operation and future direction.
Today, World Search Alliance ranks among the top 20 executive search organizations in the world, but there's an enormous difference in both our structure and our approach. Each World Search Alliance member firm is independently owned and operated by experienced professionals. Clients get the best of both worlds -- an entrepreneurial approach coupled with global reach and perspective.
