Futurebridge Consulting AG International Executive Search was founded by co-owners and managing partners Louis Renggli and Hans-Peter Würmli. They average 30 years of business experience and more than 10 years in the executive search industry.
Through a process of targeted direct approach, Futurebridge Consulting finds outstanding candidates for board, management committee, senior and middle executive and expert positions in a variety of sectors.
We provide consulting services for both national and international companies. Our customer base includes major global players, established family firms and public companies and organizations. We have set ourselves the goal of accompanying our customers in the long term and providing competent consulting services in the field of both management and HR and in the composition of executive committees.
The mandates of Futurebridge Consulting are exclusively handled by the owners and partners in person. Our company principles are a way of life: "Objective consulting, professional and transparent project work at all times and complete discretion".
All our partners are multilingual and have solid practical and/or academic training coupled with considerable experience in the fields of executive search and HR management. They have acquired extensive management experience and proven themselves in leading management positions in the private sector.
